Marty spent twenty years building businesses, hitting goals, and pushing through every wall in front of him. By any external measure, he was performing. Internally, the same pattern kept resurfacing in different forms.
At 36, it surfaced somewhere he didn't expect. A mentor handed him a gift. Marty, who had spent his life being the one who gave his time, his help, his energy to everyone around him, froze. He couldn't receive it. He had no idea why.

Before real estate, Marty worked in aviation logistics and spent time working on a private superyacht for a Forbes Top 90 ranked billionaire, across France, Monaco, Italy, Turkey, Montenegro, and Greece. He then lived and worked in one of the snowiest, most remote regions of Northern Japan for a real estate development company in Niseko, Hokkaido. Alongside this, he purchased his first property at 20 years old learn more here and began building his own residential property investment portfolio. It's where the pattern he'd later trace at 36 was already running, long before he had a name for it.
